KIT- I

Kit-i (Russian: КИТАЙ, China) is a Russian pop-rock band that formed in 2007. They became famous with their song “После дождя” which was released in 2009.
Kit-i’s first single “После дождя” came out in 2009 and got them started into the music business. Following the success of the first single, the second single “Осень” was released almost a year later. With the bands fast increasing popularity their third single “Выпускной” came out only two months later.

                    Grisha "raduga(rainbow)" singer/guitar :

• His name is Grigory.

•Was the coolest boy at school 

•Has green karate belt 

•Hated his school and teachers. 

•There was a stupid boy in his class who said that Grisha's favorite band Metallica was shit.. So he striked his head on the wall... and then he became a police character.

•When he was 14 he entered the musical school and then graduated with honors.

•In the high school graduation party he told into the mike ( before his teachers and class mates) that he hated all them.

•He decided to be one of an informal social group when he was 5 and saw a goth in the subway.

Pasha "Skittles" guitar :

•His name is Pavel (am:Paul)

•His parents divorced when he was 6. He was shocked. When he was 10 his Mom died, he cried every morning, but his father was with him and was taken care of him, although they hardly scraped up. •When he was 14 he went to work to help to his father. 

•He didn't study well at school. 

•He had just one joy: music. 

•His friend gave him the first bass-lessons, and it came easily to him. 

•He was a member of a little rock band and doesnt remember its name now.

•Grisha offered him to create a band. Thats how this band appeared.

Sonya "Fink" bass :

•Her name is Sofia 

•She loves painting and has graduated the art school. 

•She painted herself with a guitar on the final exam. 

•She is fan of Queen, The Beatles, Led Zepellin, Deep Purple. 

•She also likes Green Day, Basket Case is her favorite song. Loves cats, candies, taking pictures, dislikes watching movies. 

•She really loves St.Petersburg and most of all its Nevsky prospect and Peterhof. 

•Her crazy idea was the piercing of the lip in the cold. 

•She has 11 piercings in the ears, and 10 of them she made by herself. Met Grisha in 2007.

Sergey "juice" drums:

•When he was 10 he was a rapper.

•The first alternative band he has listened was Linkin Park. 

•His friend gave him the first drums lessons and then Sergey entered musical school. 

•When he was 18, he saw the video of American punk-pop band Son of Dork and was amazed with their look. 

•He decided to cut and dye hair black. 

•His friends said he was emo, then he bought many emo things cause he wanted to look cool. 

•He thought that it isn't cool to be named Sergey and decided to name himself Juice cause as child •He was a fan of Juicy Fruit.

•He loves basketball, skateboarding, plays guitar and piano.

•He met Grisha at the filming of their first video - Posle dozhdya, and then he was invited to the band.
